At the earliest possible date we are looking for a

Quality Manager (m/f/d) full-time / part-time (30 hours)

Your tasks:

You will carry out internal audits and assist in the preparation of audits incl. CAPA management (Corrective and Preventive Action)
You will take on tasks in hygiene management (including airborne germ measurement, drinking water analyses, pest monitoring, cleaning validation)
Your tasks will include carrying out, monitoring and evaluating internal and external analyses
You will be responsible for processing raw and packaging material complaints
You will carry out sensory tastings

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree in food technology, ecotrophology or training in the food sector (food technician, industrial master confectioner) with relevant professional experience
• Sound expertise in the field of quality management (including IFS Food, HACCP) is desirable
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the food industry
• A qualification as an internal auditor is desirable
• You have analytical knowledge in the food sector, especially confectionery
• You are characterised by a high level of quality awareness and interdepartmental thinking
• A careful, reliable and structured way of working is a matter of course for you
• You are familiar with the common MS Office applications
• You have a good command of written and spoken English
