At the earliest possible date we are looking for a
Employee in Quality Assurance (m/f/d) full-time
Your tasks:
- You will carry out production-related quality controls in the baking plants and in the packaging area
- You will be responsible for the assessment of product samples from ongoing production
- You will carry out sensory product checks in the production area
- You will be responsible for carrying out incoming inspections and approving raw materials and purchased semi-finished products
- You will carry out internal and external analyses
Your profile:
- You have training in the food sector (food technology, confectionery technology, specialist for food/candy technology, industrial master confectioner) with relevant professional experience
- Professional experience in quality assurance is desirable
- Ideally, you have professional experience in a manufacturing company in the food industry
- You are familiar with the common MS Office applications
- You are interested in digital processes
- You are characterised by your ability to work in a team, good assertiveness and resilience
- Independent, responsible and solution-oriented behaviour is a matter of course for you and working early and late shifts is no problem for you
