At the earliest possible date we are looking for

Deputy Shift Manager for the packing plants (m/f/d) full-time

Your tasks:

• You willbe responsible for the technical management of all employees in your shift
• You will be responsible for the coordination, control and guidance of production assistants as well as machine and system operators
• You will pay particular attention to achieving the calculated system output
• You will be responsible for initiating and carrying out product changeovers in packaging in compliance with the packaging specification and in consultation with the machine operator
• You will be responsible for compliance with the quality, hygiene and safety specifications 
• You will carry out quality control and documentation of measured values (weights) and labelling (coding, labelling), You will carry out quality control and documentation of measured values (weights) and labelling (coding, labelling)
• You will be responsible for keeping the work areas clean and tidy

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed training as a machine and plant operator, food technology specialist or have professional experience in a comparable position
• You have leadership skills and are able to guide employees
• Independent, responsible and team-oriented behaviour is a matter of course for you and working in shifts (early and late shift, night shift if required) is no problem for you
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
