Head of Logistics (m/f/d)

full-time

Your tasks:

• Motivating management of employees in day-to-day and project business
• Managing an effective flow of goods to external warehouses or directly to export or industrial customers
• Recording customer orders in the merchandise management system
• Clarifying delivery discrepancies in collaboration with sales and external logistics service providers
• Daily stock control and stock maintenance in the merchandise management system
• Invoice reconciliation for existing orders in the merchandise management system
• Contact person for audits and occupational safety tasks for the area of responsibility

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial/economic training or studies, several years of professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
• Reliable, independent and structured way of working
• Quick comprehension, good communication skills and good analytical skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office programmes; knowledge of merchandise management programmes is an advantage
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
